Green Chile Egg Salad Sandwiches
- 4 Servings
(Preparation time 5 minutes)
Ingredients:
• 1 (4-oz.) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
• 4 large hard-cooked eggs
• 1/4 or more cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
• 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 4 bagels or English muffins
Directions:
Combine chiles, eggs, mayonnaise, green onion, and hot pepper
sauce. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Spread egg salad over toasted bagels or English muffins and serve.

Eastern Spinach Salad - 8 Servings
(Preparation time 5 minutes)
Ingredients
• 6 cups spinach leaves
• 1 1/4 cups red apple
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 2 tablespoons green onion
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 teaspoons apple curry chutney
• 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
FOR SALAD:
Combine spinach, apple, raisins, and green onion in large bowl;
refrigerate for 5 minutes.
FOR DRESSING:
Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, chutney, curry powder, mustard,
and salt in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss well to coat.
Sunshine
Smoothie - 1 Serving
(Preparation time 5 minutes)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
• 1 packet No Sugar Added Vanilla Crème NESTLÉ® CARNATION® INSTANT
BREAKFAST
Directions:
Place orange juice, peaches and Carnation Instant Breakfast in
blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
